Multi-instrumentalist musician, Kimo founded in 2004 The Long Escape. A project mixing diverse musical influences from Genesis to Sepultura passing by Porcupine Tree and Craig Armstrong. In 2003 he produces himself in various stages ( Such as Le Zenith in Paris, Le Glazart and L'empreinte ) and starts to write what will become his first LP « Excess of empathy ». His music relates human relations and in particular the psychology of people living in the 21rst century by always describing and precising what he senses around him with his faithfull instrument : The guitar From 2004 till now he mounts his proper recording studio in his parisian appartment. In this same period of time that he considers as « prolific » in inspirational terms, he recorded 160 songs. In the begining 2008, he produces himself with The Long Escape on stage supported by his colleagues; The public's welcoming was immediat and conforted kimo in his will to pursue the recording of his first LP. Summer 2008, « Excess of Empathy » is ready to be broadcasted on the radio.

Musicien multi-instrumentiste, Kimo crée en 2004 The Long Escape, projet mêlant diverses influences musicales allant de Genesis à Sevendust en passant par Porcupine Tree et Craig Armstrong. En 2003 il se produit sur diverses scènes (parmi lesquelles le Zénith de Paris, Le Glazart et L’Empreinte) et commence l’écriture de ce qui deviendra son premier maxi « Excess Of Empathy » . Il y relate les relations humaines et en particulier la psychologie des personnes vivant au 21ème siècle s’attachant à décrire et à préciser ce qu’il perçoit autour de lui à travers son instrument fétiche : la guitare. De 2004 à aujourd’hui il monte son propre studio d’enregistrement dans son appartement parisien. Pendant cette période qu’il considère « prolifique » en terme d’inspiration, il enregistre pas moins de 160 titres. Début 2008, il se produit pour la première fois avec The Long Escape sur scène, appuyé de ses talentueux acolytes. L’accueil du public est immédiat et conforte Kimo dans son optique de mener à bien l’enregistrement du premier maxi. Eté 2008, le premier maxi « Excess Of Empathy » est prêt à être diffusé sur les ondes !
